Setting up an automated Abandoned Cart push flow for your NAPPS mobile app helps increase conversions by re-engaging users who left items in their cart before ending their app session. By automatically reminding them about the products they were interested in, you can recover lost sales and encourage users to return to the app.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up this automated push notification series within your Klaviyo account using the NAPPS integration.
Steps:
Click on the flows section, on the left side of your screen.
Start by selecting 'Create flow' on the top right corner of your page
Enter the name of your push flow, then select 'Create Flow'
Select the section "Your metrics".
Click in "API" and then "Added to Cart".
Select the "Profile filters" section.
Under "flow filters" select:

With this conditions, you are limiting this flow only to people that have activated the push notifications and that haven't started the checkout since the flow was activated.
Click in "Save" and then "Confirm and save".
Drag the action "Push notification" on the right part of your screen and drop it into your flow.
Add the name and click in "Edit" content.
Define the type between a standard notification or a silent one, the title and the message's body. You can use emojis, images and personalizations like the customer's first name.
We trully advice you to use personalization, to make customers more engaged.
In the behaviors section, choose to open the app.
Turn your push notifications live.
Click in "Update status" and select it as live.
