Product Tags:
By clicking the configure on "Product Tags" you will start by deciding which are the placements you want your clients to see the product and discount tags, such as Grids & Carousels, Collection Pages and Product Pages.
The Product Tags component is powered by metafields and metaobjects, allowing product tag information to be managed centrally and displayed automatically on your products.
Step 1: Create a Metaobject Definition
Go to Shopify bar, Content → Metaobjects and create a new metaobject definition (for example, Product Tags).
Add the following fields to the metaobject:
Label
Type: Single line text
Text Color
Type: Color
Background Color
Type: Color
Each metaobject entry you create will represent a reusable product tag.
Step 2: Create the Metafield Definitions
Go to Settings → Metafields and Metaobjects → Products and create the following metafield definitions:
Metaobjects List
Type: Metaobjects (ex. Product Tags previously created) - Allows multiple tag metaobjects to be assigned to a product (for example: -20% Extra App, Eco-Friendly, New Arrival).
List Value
Step 3: Assign Tags to Products
Open any product in Shopify and locate the Metaobjects List metafield you created.
From there, select the product tag metaobjects you want to display on that product.
You can assign up to three tags per product.
For example, a product could have the following tags:
-20% Extra App
Eco-Friendly
Last Units
Each selected tag will automatically use its configured label, text color, and background color.
Discount Tags:
Use this section to customize the appearance of your discount tags.
Enable Custom Label Content if you want the same discount LABEL to be displayed across all products.
If this option is disabled, NAPPS will automatically display the actual discount PERCENTAGE for each individual product.
You can customize the following elements to match your brand's design:
Label Content (when Custom Label Content is enabled)
Text Color
Background Color

Discount Tags (Pix)
This feature is primarily intended for the Brazilian market, where Pix is a widely used payment method.
When this option is enabled, the price displayed on the product and collection pages already includes the Pix discount (91,10€ as the example bellow), allowing customers to immediately see the savings available. An informational static tag (for example, "5% with Pix") is displayed below the price to highlight the discount.
However, once the customer adds the product to the cart, the original store price is displayed (95,90€ as shown bellow). The discount is only applied at checkout if the customer selects Pix as their payment method.
This feature is an effective way to encourage customers to pay with Pix by clearly highlighting the potential savings before they reach the checkout.
