Send automated alerts to keep your customers updated with relevant information, promotions, or order updates without manual intervention.

Creating a Push Notification

To get started, select Push Notifications from the left sidebar under App Options.

This will open the creation page where is possible to check sent and scheduled notifications. On the upper bar you can configure your segments, automated notifications and new ones.

Segments

Segments allow you to organize customers into specific groups and send more targeted push notifications.

By creating segments, you can deliver more relevant messages to different audiences based on their interests, behavior, or customer profile.

Click on Create Segment. From there, you can select the market(s) you want to start with based on countries, languages and costumer status such as Logged in or Anonymous > Next > Add a Name > Create. You can edit this at any time by clicking directly on top of the name.

Just like on the Pages Manager, you can manage this segment page by clicking the three dots. A list of options will appear, allowing you to use the segment, rename it, duplicate it, or delete it.

Notification Content

Audience

Here you can choose which customers receive this notification - All Costumers or Specific Costumer Segments previously created.

Content

In this section, you can define the action that occurs when customers tap the notification. You can choose to redirect customers to:

  • Home Screen

  • Collection

  • Product

You can also upload a cover image that will be displayed with the notification to make it more engaging.

To help with content creation, you can use the optional AI Generator or add a message (Title and Body) manually.

Before finishing, you’ll see two options: Schedule and Send Now. Choose Schedule to set a future delivery time or Send Now to send the notification immediately.

Schedule Notification

Instead of sending the notification right away, you can choose a specific date and time for it to be delivered.
