To use Napps, your account needs to meet certain requirements.
In this section, you’ll learn how to upgrade your account to a Company/Organization.
Important Note: For your app to be published on the App Store, your business must be classified as a legal entity (such as a Corporation, Limited Partnership, or Limited Liability Company). If you’re currently registered as an Individual or Sole Proprietor, you will need to update your business license before proceeding with your Apple Developer migration.
Step 1
Navigate to https://developer.apple.com/account and log in with your Apple ID.
Step 2
Select ‘Membership’ on the left column of the account page.
Step 3
Click the ‘Need to edit this information?’ text at the bottom right of the Membership page.
Step 4
In the pop-up that appears, select the ‘Provide your new organization information’ option.
Step 5
Complete the form titled ‘Individual to Organization Membership Update’ with the required information.
Step 6
Review and submit your information to Apple Developer.
Next Steps
Once your migration form has been submitted to Apple Developer, you can expect to receive a confirmation email.
Apple Developer will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to verify your migration and may request additional information to verify your business as a legal entity. Please reach out to your Implementation Specialist with any question.
